We are hiring a Grants Database and Processes Manager
About us
The Henry Smith Foundation is one of the UK’s largest grant-making foundations. We back organisations and their leaders with bold ideas dedicated to making social change now.
The role
People get the help they rely on without delay when funding reaches organisations on time. When it doesn’t, it creates uncertainty and gaps in support.
The Henry Smith Foundation is hiring a Grants Database and Processes Manager to help strengthen how our grant-making works in practice.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the administration and development of our grants database
- Work with colleagues to improve systems, processes and ways of working
- Plan and deliver projects that strengthen how our grant-making operates
- Support and train colleagues to use systems effectively
- Ensure our data is accurate, well managed and supports decision-making
You will work across teams, bringing people together to understand what is needed and translate that into practical solutions.
About you
Do you have experience managing systems and improving processes?
Are you confident leading projects and working across teams?
Do you enjoy turning complexity into clear, practical ways of working?
Come and do work that matters.
