We are hiring a Grants Database and Processes Coordinator
About us
The Henry Smith Foundation is one of the UK’s largest grant-making foundations. We back organisations and their leaders with bold ideas dedicated to making social change now.
The role
People get the help they rely on without delay when funding reaches organisations on time. When it doesn’t, it creates uncertainty and gaps in support.
The Henry Smith Foundation is hiring a Grants Database and Processes Coordinator to support the systems that underpin our grant-making.
In this role, you will:
- Build and test online application and reporting forms
- Maintain accurate records and support high standards of data quality
- Work with colleagues to improve processes and solve problems
- Support the development, testing and rollout of system changes
- Help ensure our grants database operates reliably and meets organisational needs
You will work across teams, supporting colleagues and contributing to the day-to-day running of our grant-making operations.
About you
Do you have experience working with databases and systems?
Are you organised, methodical and comfortable working with data?
Do you enjoy solving problems and improving how things work?
Come and do work that matters.
