Race Equality Audit 2020

As part of our commitment to measuring, monitoring and publishing our progress on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), we have analysed our Improving Lives and Strengthening Communities grant programmes using a race equality audit tool developed by the Funders for Race Equality Alliance. We did this to assess the proportion of our grants working to benefit people from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic Communities as well as the proportion of organisations we support which are led by and for people from these communities.
